Looking to transport a large group during your time on the bourbon trail? Maybe for a guys, gals trip, or bachelor party? Well, it would make sense to book a bourbon trail party bus to make sure your whole group is together on the trip! And while we don’t have a “traditional party bus” in the sense that a lot of people would think of one, we do run 15 passenger vans that will get you there!
The Industry Standard (Transit Vans)
The standard bourbon trail party bus you will see at the distilleries are 15 passenger Ford Transit vans or an occasional Mercedes sprinter van. You really don’t see traditional party buses, as they are not efficient for multi-hour commutes, for talking to clients, or efficiently transporting larger groups of people.
It is important to know that the buses here may not match up to some of the ones you’ve seen in Nashville or other party cities. Or maybe you knew that already, and weren’t sure what to search for!

Are your passenger vans similar to other party buses I may have been in?
It's hard to say! We aren't sure what you consider a party bus. Ours don't have lights, bars, etc. They are designed to hold the maximum number of people comfortably. And importantly, be able to talk with your guide and driver for the day. They're set up for long drives and more efficient than a vehicle designed for entertainment.
How many people can fit in one of your vans?
We use our vans primarily for groups of 7-12. There are 14 available seats, but our vehicles can get pretty crowded if fill in every one. If you plan to have more people than this, please reach out, as we may some solutions and options for you.
Is the bourbon trail good for a bachelor party?
Yes it is! Each week, we see maybe a dozen or more group's doing their bachelor trip here on the bourbon trail. If your group is interested about learning about whiskey, seeing it being made, or just want something cool to do while you explore Kentucky, you are in the right place. There is also golfing, gaming, horse racing, concerts and much more to do when you're on a bachelor trip.

How far in advance should I book a bus service?
If you want to make sure your trip is secured, you want to book as early as possible. As early as 6 months, but within 2 or 3 months is pretty standard. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when we can, the plan ahead! Especially if you plan on touring.
What regions can we visit if we book your van/bus service?
We visit the main 3 distillery regions, Central, Louisville, and Bardstown. With that, we offer service to all of the distilleries in downtown and Greater Louisville areas. In the Central region, all of Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, and Lexington. In the Bardstown area, everything in the city and the south Bardstown region.
