Bourbon Trail Transportation-Only Packages

Bourbon Trail Transportation-Only Packages

Planning a trip to the trail? Our bourbon trail transportation-only rates are designed to make your bourbon trip as easy as possible. These packages are priced lower than our pick-3 and custom tour prices, making them a little more economical as well.

Who are our Bourbon Tour Transportation Packages good for?

These packages are great for those who don’t want to do traditional tours at a distillery, who'd rather see the grounds, have a few drinks, and go to the next spot. With that, you can fit more stops in versus a pick-3 day.  They’re also great for those who have tours booked already and just want bourbon trail transportation. Finally, these packages are great for those who like to enjoy a few extra beverages and would like the peace-of-mind of a private vehicle and driver.

Transportation-Only Frequently Asked Questions

What are our pickup options?

We offer free pickup in the Greater Louisville area for all transportation options. We also offer free pickup in the Frankfort region for Frankfort tours, and in Bardstown region for Bardstown tours. Additional pickup and region to region trips may result in additional mileage and pickup charges. If you have a request, just ask and we’ll see what we can do!

Can I visit a distillery without a tour?

You absolutely can. Most have a bar, gift shop, and grounds you can visit. A few are better to visit without a tour than others, and some really “shine” depending on the weather. Feel free to ask when consulting on which ones are the best.

Who pays for the tours on transportation-only days?

Your group will be responsible for all tours, drinks, and personal purchases throughout the day. We just handle transportation.

How many stops can we make throughout the day?

This depends on your group and what you plan to do! If you are touring, then you can usually fit in 2-3 tours within your service hours with the potential for another stop. If you’re distillery hopping, you can sometimes visit 5 or 6 distilleries. There are no hard schedules on these days, unless you request one.

Can I combine regions for your bourbon tour transportation?

This depends.. If something is on the way, then we can make it happen. For example, there are distilleries in the Greater Louisville area that are on the way to Frankfort or Bardstown depending which way you go. Bouncing between regions can cause hundreds of miles on our vehicles and really long drive times. We’d usually suggest otherwise.

What are the lunch options on these days?

Lunches are paid out of pocket by your group and based on your preferences. Sit-down lunches are possible, but they can take away from time at the distilleries. A few distilleries have restaurants, which is always convenient (be sure to ask us!) There are always some quick options, sometimes boxed lunch options, and you can always eat in our vehicles. Be sure to ask about options when you consult or plan with us!

Can we enjoy alcoholic  beverages in your vehicles?

Yep! But please drink responsibly.
